I recently went to a talk by the photographer Don McCullin who showed some of his portraits of men sleeping rough in London. He talked about their strength, humanity and how he felt that their story was etched in the faces of the people he photographed. I was in London last week and I saw this man asleep on a bench on the Embankment, near the South Bank Centre. He was being left alone by all those that walked by, he seemed free but imprisoned by the benches and fences around him. A powerful sight and improved by the excellent editing by @joolsabel.
